We've got the registered version running on a dozen or so servers now - just on our 8 top servers we have prevented over 1,000,000 spam emails reaching the servers.
As for the latest (couple of days ago) Trojan that is trying to spread by email - well, all we've noticed is the greylist logs are a little bigger.
